Using a functional training mode, I develop movement based exercises following the kinetic chain, training from the ground up. These exercises use more muscle groups and coordination, increasing: the synergistic relationship between agonist and antagonist muscle groups, stabilizer strength, power, reactivity, balance, coordination, cardiovascular load, and the amount of calories burned.
All of these exercises can be modified to the demands of the client. Whether, it is rehabilitative balance and mechanics for walking to improve upon a previous injury or stroke; or to increase power, balance and core strength to become more explosive for sports performance.
